The BIG HiFi Corporation BRANDFAIL.

The sale was rung up and on my way to the door I looked at my slip. DAMN ! I just told Afzalun that nobody assisted me and she – completely disregarding and disrespecting me – went ahead and assigned the sale to someone named Vivendhran.
I turned on my heels right there and then and confronted her. In what seemed like nanoseconds, and without the decency of offering an apology, she reversed the sale and rung it up anew.
If I was in management at HiFi Corporation, Sylesse, Afzalun, Vivendhran and Zaid would all be unemployed right now.
Marketing: Social or so-so?

Because the products we sell are very niche I thought this was a very good opportunity to work toward creating entrepreneurs instead of waiting for people to start businesses and then come to us to buy whatever they need. I am not a proponent of newspaper advertising at all, however the opportunity allowed us – according to their paper’s distribution figures – to reach one prospect at a cost of 0.5c. That was the part that excited me most about this.
