..on Talent and on Skill..

Late last night I did a random final round on Facebook to see if anything new has been posted that I might learn from (I have a rare disease that forces me to learn or know something new everyday or I break out in a rash). That’s when I saw the video link from my boy Marcel Oudejans.

I clicked through, waited for half an hour while it loaded.. got tired of waiting.. clicked on over to Youtube, waited 5 minutes and watched it there.

The one thing about this video that really grabbed me is how Will Smith breaks down the difference between talent and skill, and which one should be given priority. Without saying too much, I just thought I’d share this with those that know me, those that love me and those that come across this blog via random Googling.
